📌 Cancellation & Refund Policy
✔ Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the tour start time are eligible for a full refund.
🔹 Partial Refund (50% Refund)
✔ Cancellations made 24-48 hours before the tour will receive a 50% refund.
✔ Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour are not eligible for a refund.
✔ No-shows or last-minute cancellations will result in no refund.
🔹 Weather-Related Cancellations
✔ The walking tour operates rain or shine, but in case of severe weather conditions (heavy storms, extreme heat, etc.), the tour may be rescheduled or fully refunded, depending on guest preference.
✔ Date and time changes are allowed up to 24 hours before the tour, subject to availability.
