📌 Cancellation & Refund Policy
✔ Cancellations made at least 72 hours before the scheduled departure time are eligible for a full refund.
🔹 Partial Refund (50% Refund)
✔ Cancellations made 48-72 hours before the tour will receive a 50% refund.
✔ Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the tour are not eligible for a refund.
✔ No-shows or last-minute cancellations will result in no refund.
🔹 Weather-Related Cancellations
✔ In case of severe weather conditions, the tour may be rescheduled or fully refunded based on availability and customer preference.
✔ If rescheduling is not possible, a full refund will be provided.
✔ Date and time changes are allowed up to 48 hours before the scheduled departure, subject to yacht availability.
